The Glen Miller Invitational

The Official

Rules of Play

Everything you need to know to compete for a TGMI title.

Real Golf (Pine Ridge)

  • You must play all 18 holes to be considered for the real golf title.
  • Tee times are assigned — check the Schedule page for your group.

Mini-Golf (Monster Mini Golf, Quinte Mall)

  • You must play all 36 holes to be considered for the mini-golf title.
  • No set tee times — Monster Mini Golf opens at 10am. Make your own way there on Saturday and pick your time with the 4pm party in mind.
  • No maximum shot limit for players ages 10 and up; kids 9 and under have an 8-shot maximum per hole.
  • If your ball stops against the outer bumper, you get one club head's length of relief.
  • 1-stroke penalty for going out of bounds.
  • 2-stroke penalty for hitting someone else's ball on your turn. Tip: have each player play through the full hole one at a time to avoid this.

Playing both events

  • You're welcome to play mini-golf AND real golf.
  • But if you play real golf, you will not be considered for the mini-golf title.

🚽 The Golden Flush

To qualify for the draw for the Golden Flush prize, you must golf your ball into the toilet on your first attempt on both“toilet flush” holes. A hole-in-one isn't required — just get it in the toilet on your first try at each. Two flushes, one draw — good luck.
